Worst company. I have taken 2 item recently. One is washing machine and another is microwave. Washing machine got delivered after 10days. But microwave came after 25 days on top of it was opened, box was not from the same company, full of dust. Then had to call them 4-5 times for returning. Everytime they were missing their promised date. Took another 10 days to return. So got my item after more than 1 month of purchase. Worst experience.

Visited only once to buy ac. As great eastern was not able to locate at that time in my area I brought ac from here. Store is nice. Staff is good in sales service but not helpful in deciding which product to buy. Will confuse to choose product

Bought a Hitachi ac.... Very bad experience we literally needed to grovel to get the people to install the ac...got it installed after 7 days of struggle..they will trap you with their sweet words and discounts and after it is bought no one cares....really bad experience...highly recommend not to buy anything from here.
