Sujit RoyVery bad experience with great eastern. I booked "VOLTAS 1.0 TON 125EYR SPLIT AC I/D" form "GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. (BAGUIHATI)" I received a call after 3days of booking that my product will not be delivered and insited for a replacement with another model.

aparna padhyVery bad experience with great eastern. We went to buy an ac as frnfs suggested we will get good deals from great eastern. We decided to buy lg but the salesman convienced us to buy panasonic and told us this is best among all.. They send us some waste technician for installation in name of free servicing. Deep Service centre, never ever take any service from this paticular service centre. They have installed the ac in wrong way now after a single month ac stop working gas is getting leaked repeatedly . Neithe great easter nor panasonic is taking the responsiblity.
