Estillo furniture is not able to resolve simple dining table problem. We followed for 2 months to fix probelms with our dining table. But still they are unable to resolve . Very poor and adamant behaviour shown by sales guy in city centre 2 mall. I donot recommend anybody to purchase and getting cheated from them.

Bought a furniture set bed + wardrobe. Third class product, Customer service - Rude. While the owner is distinctively gentlemanly, the staff is Rude and abusive. Never got any assistance when I reported about the quality of product.

I have purchased entire furniture for my new flat from estillo furniture Junction mall durgapur. After sales service of the company is pathetic , the sofa cum bed that I have purchased from them is defective. After continuous followup with the show room for the repair of the same for last 2 months and I have made atleast 20 calls and followed up with store manager but I am yet to get the service. Everytime i get assurance but still the work is pending. request the company for the repair, else I have to take legal steps for the breach of contract.
