I Purchased Bed and almira allured by 5 year warranty, product got broken in1st year, I made multiple calls to multiple no.s I visited several showrooms to make complaints but no one cared to attend the call. Worst service, dont get fooled by showrooms

I purchased Dining Table & Centre Table from them. My dining Table was cracked at one end. I informed the installation person and also called them up but no response received. So I visited their store at Diamond Plaza Mall for the complaint. The Owner, Mr Jain , took prompt initiative and replaced the dining table on the very next day. I was very tensed whether they will replace or not after reading so many reviews but now I am totally pleased with their service. Later on, I also received call from them whether my product has been replaced properly or not.

Worst quality furniture...5 yrs service warranty is a fruad ... i bought a dinning table with glass top .one of the table legs is eaten by termite while i was away from my house..it is still under 5 years warranty...no reponse after mutiple calls to multiile numbers after 4 months .. do not be fooled by the shiny showrooms ..

Very very poor service and furniture quality. I bought a wardrobe one month back and the same has a broken handle. Moreover no one receives any calls regarding complaint.
