Just faced an hour of harassment at the hands of Flamekraft. Went there with my heart patient mother to get her Aadhar card made. We were asked to come at 10:30 which we did. We we were turned away and yelled at by some lady (manager?). I requested that they do it today since we were on time and my mother is sick. The lady was abusive and insulted us both and the rest of the staff was not helpful either. This is Calcutta for you- a place of inefficient idiots who think they are all powerful gods. This city will always be a dirty, filthy, regressive nightmare and the people will always be assholes. My family has been a customer of Flamekraft for the last few decades.
