The tipsy bull is a cowboy theme cafe which got an overwhelming response on its opening during winter. The food was quite average in taste and our expectations regarding it was not satisfied.The cocktails and mocktails was of top notch and overall presentation was also quite good. The service from this place was quite slow and the dishes ordered were not brought in serial order as requested by us.They were bringing them according to their own whims and fancies.
