This is really a good hotel. Food served is only vegan. But there is gym, n other facilities. Rooms were clean and Ambience was good.

Rooms are reasonably clean, located in the center of the city but on an one way street, limited breakfast options, had issues with hot water but they fixed it after taking sometime. Had booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days. Our request to provide at least one room for couple of hours extension as we had senior citizens who had to use washroom was denied. Had to wait in the reception/adjoining area till our taxi arrived to pick us for the airport. The staff literally fought with each other for sharing the tips!

Everything was fine. Location in center point of city. if you want to go to any places in the city, then hotel staff can call taxi, auto as per your choice and that is not costly. Very clean, very cooperative and polite staff. Housekeeping very artistic. Staffs assisted where I can visit in Kolkata city.
