The superior room that I stayed in was spacious with amenities better than few other places that I have stayed at. Staff is helpful. A great place for a few clicks too.

Room had a damp odor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been visiting the hotel for the last few years and there has been a lot of wear and tear damage.

It was an amazing experience... The food at K19 was well prepared and delicious, you can call just perfect... The aroma of it gives the absolute sensation of the term Refined. Staff was much helping and approachable.. In all Park Plaza surprised me at the end with the music of the violins being played by two men.

Comfortable place to stay with nice restaurant and bar. A little less helpful staff but nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend though no views from the rooms!
