Wanted to give 0 stars. I checked in here via Oyo rooms with my dad. The entrance was pathetic . ok we now enter the room. I have never seen a room worse than this. I had to check out within a few hours due to appalling condition of hotel. Paid 1450 just for 3-4 hours of stay. The rooms on higher floors were more comfortable but the hotel cheated us by giving substandard rooms at same price. The lady at the reception was very rude and highhanded. Never go here.

Room service was not good, food was worst, no choices for nonveg and even prohibited from outside. No cold drinking water available. Bathroom smelled and room was not refreshing. It should be removed from the fab hotel group....

Good rooms n good staff. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 days. Cost is average . location is best. You will get morning breakfast and tea for free. Free wifi available on all floor. Lift facility. There is no laundry service, but good thing is that there are more than 10 laundry shop near to hotel. My family came here to visit kolkata n i opt this hotel.
