asked for bus booking, but the booking procedure was the worst, felt like I am booking the bus in free of cost. The office representatives are not well mannered,not responsive and typical attitude,should not accept professionalism from them , So I am suggesting not to take his service.

Having trusted sardar warmth and hospitality all over the world we unfortunately landed up with a real cheat. After EMAIL confirmation of itinerary and depositing advance of Rs. 15000/- (US$215) in their HDFC bank account the car does not turn up as promised. To add they have the audacity to misbehave and abuse before hanging up the phone when requested to refund the advance. A blot on the sardar community; these are real cheats both owner & staff and must be kicked behind bars.. Never ever pay a single dollar as a advance before u actually sit in the car, as they target outstation people mostly who are NOT locals. They HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE ADVANCE PAID till date & its over months.
