prasun kumar basuVery much popular on imaging laboratory. High end instruments are present here. Doctors are very good and cordial. Staffs are average. Prices are moderate. They also impart training on pathology and allied health care services.

Saikat DasMost inefficient service. Over phone you can not ask more than one question. The phone will be slammed down. Dirty and unhygenic place. Very very congested without any proper waiting arrangement and washrooms. The facility is spread over a number of so called "blocks", which are nothing but rooms in a building. If you need to get different type of investigations done, then you will have to run from room to room and wait at each stage. No centralised billing and report delivery. Have facility of card payment, but most of the time that does not work. If you are in block and card does not work there, they will not accept the payment through the machine of another block. Does not have the facility of informing over sms or email about availability of report. All.these can be summarized in one word as "PATHETIC". (Given 1 star, as this is the lowest, would have given negative rating, if the option was there.)

Barun Kumar ChakrabortyAll types of test facilities are available here, but the rates are unreasonably too high compared to other renouned centres in Kolkata. Common people experiences great hardship to afford such cost. In the interest of common people, Govt need to look into it & prevail upon its management suitably to put a restriction on their whimsical/ unreasonable charging.
