Sagnik BhattacharyaThere are some things which completely change the perception about a place. One such thing happened with me today. I called them up to inquire about the price of AC. The sales executive after giving info, told me "Sir, i think you are calling for the same thing for the third time" , in a tone that is unusual and insulting. Its true that i called here before and also asked about AC prices and other products, but then i had also purchased products ( TV, Mobile), may be not an AC. Is it unusual to try to know the price once again before planning a fresh purchase? Is it fair to insult your customers?? Is this the policy of Reliance trends? N.B: Would think many a times before going to the Thakurpukur one.

Subhratanu SarkarI personally did not go there to buy garments.But i went there to get a jio sim. There is a reliance digital inside the mall.The staff are very much well behaved and quite helpful.They ported my number for free whereas outside shops were demanding money.
