It is in the Park Hotel. The symbol of luxury and entertainment in Kolkata. We went there for vegetarian options and for having north indian food. The food is good but less in quantity. The service is good but professional. The decor is good but the live band is noisy and we really got irritated and seriously did not enjoy. Moreover in their matter no one was willing to cooperate. The prices are less than what they should be in a five star. Nothing is given as a complimentary. Everything is chargeable. On asking they say that they have changed their system and policies. They have gone much towards the corporate where price matters. So they have reduced the prices but have stopped giving anything for free. Just like low-frills airlines. We expected too much. Moreover in terms of food everything was great. But you should avoid if you expect too much and if u hate noise while dining.
