Wanted to check eye sight. Amazingly long wait time and bad queue management. Be prepared to spend atleast 3 hours for checkup. They do not take appointment over the phone also. Front office needs serious improvement.

very poor treatment..power checkup within just 5 min..and Dr. Keya Sen Give me my new power and also I made power glass, but vision not clear, I check the power glass , it is fine, my time and money totally lost..I am completely dissatisfied.

I was suffering from uvetis since januray i went to dr Abhijit Sen , he intentionally directed me to his son Dr Abhinav Sen for treatment. He had given me steroids of high dosages for continous 6 months. When i told him that my symptom is detoriating n please suggest some other way out. He for his benefit suggested wrong medicines . In the month of june i started suffering from multi organ infections because of those high dosage steroids. Till now i have not recovered i was in hospital for 10 days . Dont go to this doctor, their only motivation is to squeze their patients financially by continous check up which is worthless. This father n son are absolutely useless holds their patients for so long only for personal benefits.
