Very bad after sales service. I was told at the rate of 2800 INR, the bed bug issues would be solved in three visits, spanning a gap of ten days between each visit. The first visit was done, and the man told us that he would come after ten days. It has been two weeks since then, and he hasnt turned up. Everytime we call ORION or the person who came, they say they will get back or are busy. I wonder if this is how they treat customers who have paid in full and they deliver half performances. SAD TO SAY THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL!
