Fibromyalgia not only takes away your comfort but your confidence as well. I was apprehensive of joining a gym, apprehensive... Whether it would make my problems worse. When I first showed up I just wanted a better physique but unsure of how to get that considering my bad shoulder and back. Biswajeet da, the founder director assured me that not only would my work outs help me to get a better physique but get me relief from my excruciating back and shoulder pains. Ofcourse I took a look around for fancier gymnasiums and equipment but somehow the confidence and qualifications of Mr. Biswajeet Tapadar kept coming back to me. And even though there were gymnasiums with state of the art machines, I went for this state of the art trainer. Even though this may seem like a biased and well versed eulogy, my decision of joining Vihan actually turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Well of course the trainer alone cannot do wonders if you lack dedication and enthusiasm, but if you are determined this trainer would never fail to support and guide you to your goal. VIHAN is equipped with all that one needs, may not be all that one wants, but what it has, is enough to help all those who needs it and has the focus of achieving a healthy and fit physique.
