My dad wanted to report a fraud case with sbi .they asked him to come back with written application.when he came back they refused to lodge an F I R.they asked him to go to barrackpore and lodge complain in cyber crime investigation dept .when my father visited the branch they informed my father to lodge FIR in dum dum branch and then a copy of this would be sent to cyber crime cell in barrackpore.this is harrasment of senior citizen who pay tax to government.
