It feels a little amusing when I look back at the whole episode of buying a property through Property Inc. It started when we decided to sell off a small 1BHK flat at Lake Gardens. After casually wasting couple of years , we finally realized that a more organized approach is required, and professional assistance will be needed; because we stay outside India. We Got Nilanjan’s contacts thru a close friend of ours. But being the perpetual lethargic that we both are, we slept thru it again … and Lake Gardens Flat issue went down by a few notches on our priority list. We were in Kolkata during Christmas holidays of 2016, and lake Gardens Flat topic cropped up again, and I suddenly felt energized to take the issue forward in a more systematic way - "no more procrastination"- I announced, and called Nilanjan’s number. He agreed to take up that project, but was busy that day to meet us, so Mitrangshu (didn’t know his name then) was assigned to see the 1BHK flat, take some pics etc. and do whatever was to be done. We had nothing much to do that day, so we thought why not…. And magic happened. After three months, I see myself posing, and Mitranshu taking a picture of us, in front of our dream house, with my husband beside me, and we are holding the Keys of a “NEW” 3BHK flat in Kolkata! (yes, you read it right)* We now have our dream flat – And I also have got two brothers now! It’s a wonderful deal, Buy property, get brothers for free Yippeeee!!! It’s sweet when they address us together as “Dear sir and didi”…. and I love it…. My husband is a very fastidious person, and #hard_to_impress type – but even he is very fascinated with their services. On so many occasions I have heard him saying “era kaj ta jane” (they know their business) – and what a great compliment that is, only *I* know! trust me! ( though I am “worthless” as per him :-P)!!! I am not as succinct as he is - so here i go in a bit more detail! :-) Nilanjan and Mitrashu both are absolutely amazing! Professionalism is their key, and they are very thorough and transparent in their dealings. They are very proficient and client oriented – and only because of them this deal could be closed without a single hiccup! I also liked the way they used to talk over phone – they always sounded energetic, positive, courteous, simple and sweet. That did create a great impression. I have tortured them a lot initially with my relentless demands of pics, videos, this and that, and they always complied with a smile. It may sound bizarre but the fact is that we bought the property even without looking at it. That happened only because of these two people. There was something in the way they conducted themselves that waived off all iota of doubt about their integrity! We trusted them blindly and we are so happy that we did! I wish all the best to them – God bless you all and keep up the great work! They surely deserve a 5 star rating - but that says nothing about them - they are so much more than ratings ..... ---------------- *Well, if anyone is wondering what happened to that 1BHK flat in Lake Gardens – well – that’s in the line next – and I am sure another big story will come up after we get rid of that! :-D
