Obviously mainstream transportation system is a mile away...!! Auto service is available nearby the site, the only public transportation spot and are not much reliable.. Flats also does not deserve the rate they have fixed... The area completely lacks basic amenities this kinds of projects are supposed to have...

The housing society will be a vey good one. The lake in the middle is definately unique. But they are giving far less than what they say. You actually 65% of the total area. Which is way less as compared with other housong complex. Generally you can get 75%-80% of the total area.
