WATCH Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very worst service in the world I bought two scale changer harmonium at high cost .got delivered found that one is broken and both has got coupler problem . To repair cost 100 pounds they refused to pay they just ignored me stop answering my phone I would suggest you gut not to buy any thing

Worst store..Very bad, inefficient and worthless customer service..I had bought a tanpura 3 weeks back..it was not tuned properly and I was not being able to play it..logged a complaint 3 weeks back..had been calling the concerned person since then..may be a hundred times but all in vain..I am now planning to lodge a complaint with the Consumers Forum..
