The best Welcome i have ever received from The Thai Spa acropolis section...outstading and very positive team members r there....me and my wife were supposed to have therapy that point of time,but due to urgent call it was not possible...but honestly we both came out from that branch with the proper idea and knowledge n guidence from the smart lady named saara khan...she is very courteous n helpful by professional nature...she understand the customers practically and guide them thru the proper counceiling,which i cudnt find at any other branch of the thai spa till date...great experience.My wife choose to come in their Happy women hour deal...which she found fruitfull....so definitely will visit very soon to the proper place for relaxation...so 5***** from both of us.Thank u sarah .god bless you.keep the spirits up.

Worst experience ever. Never seen such an attitude in Kolkata. We are explaining the reception that we want 60min of spa. Instead she was trying to offer 45mins. We once again politely tried to explain, instead she cut us and tried to push for certain package. Next on telling her were want full legs n hand n back massage, she choose to ignore and explain why we should not go for a 30 min. We had to stop her conversation mid way and requested her to listen to us for a moment. We explained we were looking for a slightly expensive package. Suddenly she gets ups n explains "oh I am busy." We just left with a smile. Owe never to return.
