Nitesh LohiaI had put my Two Kids into swimming training for 1 month at Hyatt Prana. Paid around Rs.13500 for Each Kid for 16 classes which has to be finished in a month. The morning (9am to 10am) instructor is old and "kadoos" and wasted lot of my kids time. He did not teach kids properly. While my kids were the only one in the morning learning, this instructor did not put enough effort. Just imagine even after putting so much money and two kids being the only one learning, they were unable to learn. He used to enter the pool around 5-10 minutes late. He did not allow the kids inside pool, even in the shallow end, until he was himself in pool. He always cited rules as if he was lawyer and judge in the court himself. There was always a sense of tension and unease with him. After around 11 classes were over I shifted the kids to evening class. One reason was their school opened after summer vacation. This shift was a revelation to me. The evening instructors both are young and good. They are opposite to the morning instructor. Both these instructors take special effort. But alas my small one did not learn swimming sufficiently because the earlier morning instructor wasted most of the classes. The three stars is because of the evening instructors and the good clean infra Hyatt offers. Otherwise I would have given lowest rating of 1 star.
