The company was easy to communicate with and friendly early on but once they learnt that I am Indian but my partner is British they wanted to charge each of us premium foreigner prices (even though I am Indian) and stopped replying to questions and did not clarify the exhorbitant prices being asked for. The rates are quite a bit more than that of Kerala luxury houseboats (which come with full a/c, jacuzzi etc) and for a little more fee one can use the much more luxurious and recommended vivada cruises.

A wonderful experience-- three days and two nights on a river cruise in five star living, wholesome delicious breakfast lunch evening snacks and dinner. Divine river scene with forests - truly awesome!!
