sandip baisyaThis time I had worst experience. Car given for BD maintenance and repair / service work on Apr 28. I was told that my Car would take max 3 days to deliver after Insurance Co inspection (for break down part that happened due to accident) .Inspection was done on May 2. Today is 9th Day and the car is not yet ready. Concerned workshop person from service desk keeps on telling that he is no sure about delivery even on May 8. He told - another round of inspection to be done for sanction of final payment from Insurance Co. This is new surprise.

Srirup GoswamiVisited the workshop for servicing purpose, had an awesome experience. The total process is very smooth, no hard sell from the service engineer. They have the workshop at 2nd 3rd and 4th floor, two big size car lift is doing the duty to get the car lifted from ground floor. You can relax in ac waiting room with a queue management information display along with a small games area with bed for relaxation while watching your car getting serviced. Would like to visit again.
