We have an aquaguard i nova machine.This is not working properly.So we have lodged acomplain on 3rd september 2016..they sent an technitian that day but that technician could not repair the machine.He told me a spare part is needed a nd he will bring that on Monday 5th August..because they do not provide service on Sunday.Monday he came to my place at 11am..he tried to repaired the matchine ..after 1 hour he told us a chip is needed..he would have to bring this from officce..today is not possible ..he will come next day..we requested local service provider to do it urgently..but they did not listen to us and did not send any one..so we remain water less for 48 hours...most wors srvice i have ever since..next time we r not going to buy any eureka forbes product..they do not provide service in holidays because there technitians go for vacction..not desreve one star frm any one..they are truely worst service provider
