It so happened that we purchased a refrigerator and washing machine on October 26, 2016 from valueplus in city Centre Located in uttorayan. Unfortunately, we opened it after 4 months and we realized that one of the plastic compartments to hold items was missing. I am trying to contact the store and the customer care. I am yet to get the demos and I am scared what else may be missing.
