VISITED THE GREAT EASTERN STORE IN UTTARPARA, HOOGHLY ON 10 MAY 2017 AT 15:05 PM. CAME OUT OF THE STORE AROUND 15:28 pm. ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE HAVING LUNCH. NO SALES PERSON TO ENTERTAIN THE CUSTOMER. DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT. VERY BAD SERVICE.
