Their landline service is very good but broadband is not up to the mark. I did not like their modem feature. I gave up their broadband service due to frequent server link loss.

Hard to find on google map. Situated in a location far away from the bus stop or railway sation. No public transport would come here. Other than rickshaw. Have to walk for atleast 10mins from "Battala" bus stop.
