Cant give this place even half a star. Though the property in itself is good, they are running a scam in the name of annual membership. If you give a membership for customers, at least be loyal to them for the money they pay. They always show a booked status and if you visit the property then you will see that they have booked the place for weddings and the like. If this is the case then why do you ask people to pay an annual membership charge for usage of facilities? For a day stay they actually have the nerve to say they will give a room post 12. When asked about luggage and bags they state that they have excellent lockers? I pay a membership for a locker? Get your act together. If anyone from management does have the courtesy please reply to this review and lets talk it out. I am going to continue bad mouthing your property till you do so. You can be rest assured that I am doing my best to ensure people spend their money elsewhere.

Good resort. Has a large pool with a dedicated kids pool with slides. Ample space around to play and frolic. Huge convention spaces. And generally clean and well maintained campus! Very green and vegetated... Fresh air all day long. Nice rooms... ! Good restaurant with a decent spread. But the hospitality could be a lot better. Staff is in a tearing hurry to close down buffet, irrespective of the people in the dining hall. Sweets and savories are the first to be picked up, surprisingly... ! Tea and coffee is also closed early too... Alas!

This is very beautiful resort. Inside lots villas and white Church is there. Lots of indoors and outdoors activity is available. Cycling is there. Food is good. Breakfast is good. Evening tea was not good. They have given oily bhaggies and tea. Whenever you are going to take accessories for outdoor activities they will ask you 1000 rs deposit. While returning money please verify the note. I got 1000 rs duplicate note

I have been here for the past 5 years and it has been a great experience from the start. The staff have been courteous right from the entrance. In terms of hospitality, they have always made sure that I have been well taken care of. Coming to the food - I have had the best Nasi Goreng here and I can also happily say that the chefs are more than happy to make alterations to their dishes to suit your liking. The quality of food is great here. Facilities - The gym and spa are great.

Good for the category. Good security, rooms, massive area to walk, gym. Recently their eating place Ambrosia is updated, fresh and away from pool complex. Nice pool though not for serious long swims and diving. Fabulous private homes in the complex as well. Apartment plus traditional hotel rooms for stays with typical service of the hotel staff. Near Bangalore airport away from pollution and hustle bustle of the city. Great for family outings or gatherings. Though not in the absolute economy range. The apartments have bath tub, two rooms, living area with good kitchenette. The individual hotel type rooms have showers only.

Lovely resort n hotel. Nice view of greenary... Very close to Bangalore International airport. Beautiful locality... Kids room are beautiful
