Very worst!! Initially you will feel that, "Wow, they are speaking very well. Air fare is little low and representative are so fast" but once you booked ticket and if you want to cancel or reschedule, then you will see their real face. They are charging additional fair for them for cancel/reschedule. They are earning money from that. Also for booking, you should send scanned copy of your credit card. FRAUD!!! - Google rating is 3.7 but in the representative email signature, they mentioned as 4.6. ************** I never recommend it **************

Comparatively low fares than any Global travel websites like Kayak, Expedia etc.Only thing that scares me in this digital world of identity theft is sharing our card image,you need to trust CitiAir for it.Should say representatives are kind enough to discuss options and good in communication skills to manage multiple bias.
