This hotel is an example of how poor customer service can ruin big investments. I had stayed here for a day, after booking the room through Travelguru. The people at the hotel were worried that the rate offered online was too less. Though it was mentioned that breakfast will be provided, the hotel guys refused. Besides, the AC in the room was faulty. All in all, it was a really poor experience.
