Pawan PablaWorst experience ever. I went for hair colour in Mar this year, not only they did what they felt like doing on my hair i.e changing hair colour from chocolate brown to golden highlights(even when I showed the image of what I needed) but also damaged my hair permanently. Firstly keeping the colour for too long and then using various chemicals to get that colour off my hair. I remember the guy saying "give her smoothening mask also in the end" cauz he was aware of the damage he had already done. Highly unprofessional not keeping record of how much time is required for the colour but also going missing from the place. Also, they are taking far too many clients then what they are capable of.

Sahil ABasically spent 50k + bucks till now here. Given some discount card. Nd few years later there is no number existing in database for a meagre discount which is the current state of indifference. Use to be best in town, now works like a government office. Sad.

I had asked for the senior most staff (mr.lucky) for doing my hair cut but as he was busy in doing the jair coloring of some other client obviously he will be getting more incentive for the same he askd some junior staff to do my haircut ...it was such disastarous experience ..he totally ruined my hair..my hair was so long he made it half i had askd for steps but he did such an awful cut as if rat has nibbled my hair..useless place..i would adviceif u love ur hair dont think abt this place as this place will turn out to be your worst nightmare
