Location : 5 stars totally recommended for a pleasant experience. Food : 4 stars. Buffets good enough but miss the charm. Service : 0.5 stars Absolutely Pathetic. Total mess at dining area as well as changing rooms.

We are visited this resort on 13th august 17 . resort is oke , not very fine, there are some agents are done booking at low price it is 600 to 700, we were not aware abt it. We thought that , this is for bulk booking rate by resort, but when we reached there, this stupid agents and there staff is not support to arranging chairs ,rooms keys , they are vesting almost 2 to 3 hours for arranging room and chairs. And which room they are provide , they are no water , no proper service, when we asked to them about it, they said , u booked it throug agent so we will not give u proper services, u should booked directly. Then why management of panaromic kept agent for bringing business, if u r not ready to give proper services to guest. Very bad experiance with panaromic, not happy with deal. There is lootere agents , beaware with this agents.
