Pirated software, vulnerable to viruses. Poor service. Extra charges for nothing. I purchased a asembled PC with 500 GB hard-disk they gave 320 GB. Motherboard got damaged within few months, and they charged ₹100 for opening CPU and they unable to detect the fault. The PC cost was ₹27,000 where it should be ₹18,000. Wanted to buy a laptop, they said ₹67,000. Purchased better laptop with Intel i7 processor for ₹46,990 online. Nexgen is worst ever.
