I’m glad to mention that silly phrase “no pain, no gain.” It may be true in some situations, but it’s not accurate with physical therapy. If you’re in a lot of pain, you need to let your physiotherapist know as soon as possible. Some positions or stretches could actually be damaging the injured body part even more and last but not the least commendable job done by both the doctors on my back injury and recovering really very fast ,and great consultation
