Spacious office. But needs to wait long time. You need to plan half a day at least sometimes. Service is okay. No car parking. Location is very close Tambaram bus stand and Railway station. They need to improve their service by allocating different tasks to different set of people as we need to wait for long time even for a small enquiry or payments. But this is common to all HDFC Ltd branches.

Wanted to give zero rating..but could not find it..so giving it as one No proper token system,no ventilation,AC was not turned ON, poor customer handling. I am writing this review after spending about ten minutes in bank,so you can understand my frustration. Would never ever visit this facility again,..made a bad decision to visit this as it was just 3km from my place
