Savitry Greens in particular next to Nirmal Chhaya is one of the worst poorly made & executed construction project in Zirakpur. Walls are not strong enough, 12 story towers are at a high risk of falling down due to frequent Earthquakes shocks in Northern India. Maintenance Charges are High, Back up electricity is available at 3 time higher rate of the mains. State govt. electricity is 6Rs per Unit, here in Savitry Greens, they charges 18 Rs per Unit during cut off. Electricity meters fitted by Builder have been caught to be running faster than the actual consumption. Lot of issues... The Only best this is its elevation for now. One side, there is beautiful view of Green Farms... It is also close by the market.. that it.
