    Excellent pro active service and executives are really friendly and explains the customer very patiently and humblely, especially executives wrap it Asap there work really fast and co operative to each other, i had quick response of my Asus unit repair and accessories i am very well satisfied with there service.

    Worst customer service ever. ASUS Nexus 7 tab with the service center now for more than 25 days. Irresponsible thugs are the employees here who use your device as long as they want and experiment with it at customers cost trying to loot money by giving multiple quotations for issues different than the initial reported problem. Never buy ASUS. Even if the products are good there is no point since even for a small issue there is sub standard, degraded and rotten service from ASUS AUTHORISED REGENERSIS service center. Final result -> I was asked to collect the tab since I did not agree to pay for replacement of motherboard which was damaged by the service center - moreover I was asked to pay storage charges hence asked them to keep the tab with them for further experiments. And this result after escalation which took 4 months !

    Very helpful and very organised. Very happy with the service. Got a Lenovo laptop repaired without any problems.

    Very poor service. I gave them oneplus to fix the damaged screen which they took a week to change. and after i got new screen it and bought phone back. the screen started breaking on its own. even when the phone is resting and not being touched. they certainly dont know to do their job. Also they dont provide you receipts. After i asked for receipt the receptionist said ill get it on my email address in 2-3 days but i didnt got it in 6 months. also they dont accept card payments only cash. Ridiculous!!
