These people are cheap fu*ks they only try to loot you by various means. I got my activa serviced here after delivery my indicator lights were not working. so I went back to service centre explained about the problem they were not ready to take any responsibility about it. So i asked them to open the front panel later on it was discovered that there was a part missing from it.They took 2-3 weeks (12-16 days) to get the activa fixed and then after that this incident took place.

They have a very poor service. I booked a scooter on 21 Jan 17 and they promised the delivery in 45 days max bcz the desired color was not available. Until end of march the bike was not ready and nobody called to inform. I was continuously following up and visited the centre for more info. Finally with frustration and disappointment I cancelled the order and asked to refund the token money paid. Now even after 15 days they have not refunded me the money plus not even bothered to call me back post my call to their sales rep. Very pathetic pre sales service so I can imagine how bad they would be at their after sales service. The owner really need to think of changing their concept, strategy, behaviour to their customer.
