Disadvantages: 1.Fuction hall is on the third floor,it gets difficult to move things up and down. 2.There is no open area for cooking, if one wants to cook they have to do it in a parking space or otherwise one can go to catering option. 3.Seating capacity is low ,it will be useful for small functions only. 4.There is no enough space for parking. 5. Partition of mess and main function area ,for eating we have to go one more floor Fair servies: 1.Availability of lift 2. Availability of AC 3.Nice commercial area 4. No distutances

Though located on the main road, the place inside is very congested. The pillars block the stage view. The ha is located in the first floor, so the entry into it is through the stairs and the lift, which will make things difficult when the crowd is heavy
