Booked courier from Tirupati to Ukai,Gujarat but still from last one month Parcel is still kept in Surat Office and they are not provide To deliver At destination so then we dnt know why they booked this courier from tirupati if they are not provided service in Ukai,Gujarat. They are not informed us that your parcel is Still held at surat office From last 20 days. Tirupati office number is jot correct. So Bad experiance with DTDC if you have another courier Option then dnt Take DTDC service.

Very bad experience...I booked my consignment on October 31st from Tirupati to Chittoor(H69015756)...but it could not be traced by the DTDC Head office itself..as a result I received a memo from my higher authorities concerned....who is going to bear the responsibility???? There is no negative rating..if so I would have rated it to the worst.
