I requested for a 12 seater and Costa arranged for a good one with very good driver Nagesh. The whole experience was superb. However, Costa has to have more staff to answer and respond to customers calls. I sent an email about the enquiry and it took them several days to respond. When I called several times I was unable to get thru. Overall, I believe they are hardworking and try to guve excellent customer service. They certainly made my trip less expensive.. Thanks Costa
