It was a custom design product. On date of booking order we mutually agreed for Actual Gold +11% VA +1% VAT. The quality of product is fine and handling is also good. Even the made to almost perfect in shape,size,quality,design and weight as we expected. But they cheated us in final billing... they charged us with 13% VA instead of mutually agreed 11%.. The sales executive said different and written different on the advance slip.. they just write values in rupees without notifying anything besides that.. we have to triple cross-check before placing order.. DONT TRUST SALES EXECUTIVES ADVANCE SLIPS Finally I was giving 2stars because quality of the product is good even though they charged more
