Visited 2 times...worst experience both the times....The first time the service quality was very poor..the staff is not versed with English properly..only local language they spoke.. The second time the shop was open the dresser was talking over the his personal cellphone..it was 8.45 pm (closing time 9pm as per website) but they refused to provide their services...the worst customer experience ever ...I would prefer to go some other JH center but not this one !!!

Charges are too high. Charging not as per the chart. Hair spa below shoulder is Rs 1800 + tax 15%. Very high compare to other branches. Worst experience
