Service is not good. This is completely cheating. In the speed test it will 10 maps. But it will not come like that. Completely cheating batch. I suggest to all not to go with klick fiber. Better to go with other services.

The worst internet provider in Vishakhapatnam . Customer service is pathetic. No response and half of the time internet is not working. I will not even give one star but there is no such option .

Such a worse network... customer care person did not even speak proper english... Technical people are not even 10th pass.. Poor knowledge... They dnt even know how to resolve a network problem... they will say its customer computer issue and escape....I am going to disconnect soon.
