The docs are good.ButTHE WHOLE LOT OF STAFFS ARE PATHETIC WORST NONSENSE .I DONT KNOW FROM WHERE THEY GET SUCH NON COOPERATIVE STAFFS.I AM COMING TO BANADRONI APPOLLO SINCE 7YRS. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYA THAT YOU GET .FOR EXAMPLE-I CALLED TODAY ASKED IF THERE IS ANY GYANE IN THE EVENING ? SHE ASKED ME TWICE .I REOLIED CALMLY NEXT I CAN HEAR SHE SAYING " WHERE DID YOU GET THIS PEN FROM ,I LOST MY PEN TWO DAYS BACK ITS MINE"..SO PATIENT IS WAITING ON THE LINE AND THE NONSENSE STAFFS ASKING FOR THEIR LOST PHONE WHILE CUSTOMER IS ONLINE!!! PEN IS SO IMPORTANT THAT COSTS RS/-4 LEAST ...AND WHEN YOU GO FOR BILLING .MY GODDDDDD!! THEY GOSSIP DOES TGEIR WORK IN SWEET TIME AS IF A PICNINC IN BUSY HOUR !! CAN APPOLLO MANAGEMENT REPLY ME???? ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE SEE SOUTHCITY APPOLLO .HOW GOOD THEY ARE !!WHAT WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE .their phones are from ancient times.no connection always busy.. can you plz look into this .

Its just you get good doctors so people come her. But service as less as you can expect. If ypu plan test. Then please plan your entire day. You have to wait for hours here to get trst becoz they have there timing. My mother is a high blood pressure patience n she was waiting from 8.50 am till 10.08am after begging as my mother is unwell. And they dont have a washroom near USG room you will have to wait in queue to pee as unfortutely they have too many washroom. And if you expect them to say you sorry please you are patience. "Ektu toh time lagbe they are busy".

Renowned and good doctors are visiting here . Orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Trithankar Bhattacharya visit this clinic twice in a week Tuesday and Saturday afternoon and is a very good doctor. Firther neuro deptt doctors are good here

Poor service. The place is overcrowded and the staff as unhelpful. The place is no better than some govt hospital. Go there if you are looking for a MNC cost and govt hospital services. In fact the services at govt hospital is faster than this clinic. Based on my current experience.
