I have the most bitter experience with this company. I have deposited Rs.35,718/- online for my health policy for 3 years period in line with the quote & direction of the sales personnel. I have done my medical tests also & submitted all the documents as desired. After few days the company has asked for additional amount of Rs 3000/- for issue of the policy which I have refused to pay. I have asked them to refund my money. But till date after expiry of 53 days, they have done nothing. No suitable reply to my mails & phone calls. Most un professional company.
