Not a mnet user. But I know its the worst ISP in guwahati. They rarely provide good stable internet connection. Also, they face too much tower issues. Get siqes!

Mnet is definitely one of the worst ISPs in Guwahati. Internet speed is painfully slow even with the reasonably fast plans, and the connection is down half the time. The customer service is pathetic, and they rarely manage to solve your problems. Even if they do, the problem will occur again after a few days. I am really disappointed with Mnet, and I highly discourage anyone from using their services.

Mnet is worst service in guwahati.....jio is better.....network is horribly unstable and frequent disconnection is common.

The men who came to set up my Wi-Fi device, charged 6500 and gave me a receipt for 5500. They stole 1000 rupees from me. Too bad that before I could take a proper look at the receipt, they had already rushed out.
