I was very positive about my investment in this project at the time of booking but now equally disappointed about the delay of the possession.. It proved to be an wrong investment for me..I booked it in 2013 but yet to get a confirmation on the possession date.. Just waiting waiting and waiting..

The agrim project at Dharapur is delayed too much. I have booked a flat in 2015 july and 95% of money has been paid. Still they are unable to declere possesion time. Lots of dates have been provided by builder side for possesion but still no result. They have verbally give the commitment to complete it by march 2016.
