Seriously hopeless customer services, but the costumer is helpless here....i still didnt recieve my parcel,infact i couldnt talk to them and my personal parcel has been delayed for a month now. They does everything to trouble the costumer and generate income.How in the world is this service ...Worst courier ....They have not cleared my item yet aswell as they wouldnt recieve call and they fail to receive necessary documents through mail too.After sending numerous times they intimate me to send physically..and now the high customs charges ......dont ever go for this courier.

its not fedex it is FAKEX COURIER SERVICE. They cant ever maintain their own commitment of delivery govt. speed post is far better than fedx

They will never pick the call and make any fake issues and give details online. They will naver call you and say that you are not available. These people are worst. Fedex is such a wonderful courier service but these people in Guwahati office are as lazy and idiot as hell. -1 star for Fedex Guwahati
